Our services

Creating Lasting Memories

Turn-key venue rental

Your rental includes the entire first floor and outdoor space. Hosts receive an access code for the event day. Our coordination team notes your plans ahead of time, and selected rentals can be set up before arrival.

Light cleanup is required: take out trash and remove personal decor. Deep cleaning is included in your final quote. No pets are allowed. Outside vendors not on our approved list must be approved in advance; please notify us of any vendors coming to the property.

Wine, beer, and light beverages are permitted. Alcohol sales are not allowed on the premises. Hard alcohol requires a TABC-certified bartender and may require an additional deposit.

Rental inventory includes tables and chairs, an outdoor game package, grazing-table decor, projector and screen, photo backdrops, dessert cart, champagne wall, mimosa bar, fondue cart, chafing dishes and grazing risers, outdoor tent, outdoor heaters, linens, and additional tables and chairs.
