How far in advance should I book your venue?
As soon as you know you want to book. Guests reserve dates anywhere from a few weeks out to a year in advance, depending on the event type and peak season.
What is your cancellation policy?
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required when booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event. You may cancel, but payments already made for your date are not refunded. For peak-season events in May, June, and December, the full balance is due 60 days before the event.
Can I bring my own vendors?
Absolutely! We have a curated list of vendors we work with often, or you can bring your own. Any vendor coming on site must provide a copy of their liability insurance for our records.
Do you allow alcohol?
Yes, wine, beer, and champagne are permitted, but alcohol cannot be sold on the premises. Hard alcohol requires a TABC-certified bartender, and an additional deposit may be required. Please let us know at booking if alcohol will be present.
Are we allowed to move furniture and bring our own decor?
Yes! We can rearrange the space as needed, including moving or removing items. Please discuss your setup during the tour so we can make accommodations and prepare the space for your arrival.
Do you have additional tables and chairs?
Yes! We have an array of add-ons for your event, including tables, chairs, decor, and yard games. Rentals can be set up before your arrival. Ask your event coordinator about current options.
